For our company we've decided to take the lead on looking at the dynamic structure of the business and focusing on the social media platform Instagram.

Social Media

Social media is a everyday use in todays society and without a doubt it can lead any small business into major success. Buy Rite Liquors has established many store within the years opining up over 40 stores in the state of New Jersey and with each of the stores they each have a social media account of ( Facebook, Instagram, and Untappd). The accounts are most used for advertising and upcoming events that the store may be hosting. For example "Wine tasting and Sampling of new products" are published on the page of the account. Thus customers can interact with the page and be updated for any other future events they wish to attend. 

Information System


The information system they use and which we will be focusing on is Spirits 2000 that tracks the inventory of the business. The main purpose of the system is to account inventory as quickly and efficiently as possible. Spirits provide one person to help and manage the physical count of the inventory in the store. They also provide the required number of hand held scanning units  to count the inventory quickly and efficiently. The counted inventory will thus be transferred into the  inventory database which then an employees will review the counts prior to updating.

Software:


Buy Rite uses standard software programming to run its day to day operations such being Microsoft software and Spirits to keep track of inventory.

Procedures:

While keeping its procedures strictly on a basic platform Buy Rite Liquors uses platforms such ADP and When I Work to maintain payroll and employee schedules. This helps the business to focus more and the sales and marketing portion of its business.

ADP is a  company that provides the payroll services to businesses.  Which Buy Rite Liquors can outsource tasks such as payroll processing. This benefits the business by improving productivity and ensures that employees are paid on time.


When I Work


Is the most easiest way a business to schedule, manage attendance, and communicate with their staff/employees from any mobile phone and PC. Its use to notify the staff instantly about their work schedule through text, email, and notifications.


Problems?

With the new technology being developed almost every day the company may want to upgrade some of its software to stay ahead of the competition. Such being maybe developing a software application for mobile use to stay connected with customers and place orders online. One thing that can stay the same for the company is the structural procedures of the business. We see nothing wrong as both the company's Buy Rite uses (ADP & When I Work) are big name brands that almost all small businesses use world wide.
